Proposition 8 and the Digital Network Army

Defending marriage and family

The Digital Network Army is debuting its new site. In a recent email the purpose of the site was explained:

The DNA is an incredible, grassroots political movement made up of normal individuals just like you — throughout the US and beyond — who believe that traditional values are worth fighting for!

Using tools such as Emails, Blogs, Twitter, YouTube, and social networking sites like My Space and Facebook, information about the battle for Family Values travels at the speed of light and can become viral if enough people act together.

Be part of this battle and stand up for marriage, family and moral values.  Join the Digital Network Army (DNA) and work with us to spread information about crucial issues such as Proposition 8 in California, President-elect Obama’s pledge to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act and the battle brewing in New York to recognize Same Sex Marriage.

Join our email list and receive updates on the latest issues, along with instructions on what you can do to make your voice heard.

Welcome. You’re in the army now.

  3. Awesome! I love the ant graphic. Even a single ant at work is more powerful than an ox lying down. This ant has some muscles!

I called all my state senators today about the United Families Petition.

Heather, I liked the story of the daffodils on your blog.

Rickety, thanks for posting this. I love the DNA and hope that more people will choose to actively defend traditional marriage and family. You are appreciated.

  8. rickety says:

Pearl, I like the way you worded your introduction to DNA on your blog: “So, the gay rights activists want to wage war on democracy? Well, it looks like they’ll have to defeat a very dedicated defense.”

  9. Pearl says:

I like the intro, too, but, sadly, I can’t take credit for it. Have you seen the Kingfisher Column? They are a one-stop blog for all things marriage and family. They’ve teamed up with the DNA and I stole my post from them (with references, of course). You should check them out. They are fantastic!

Pearl, I will check them out, thank you.
